Change my password
How to change your current password to a new password.
- Part of
All users, except primary school learners, can change their passwords. You have to know your current password to be able to do this. If you don't know your current password, a Hwb administrator can reset it for you.
- Log in to Hwb. On the home page, go to User Management.
- Go to My Profile, this will bring up your details.
- Click on the Reset password button.
- You can either Choose your own password or Get a system generated password.
Choose your own password
Enter your own password in the relevant fields and then click Update password. Your password needs to be at least 8 characters with a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters and numbers.
Get a system generated password
Click Generate password to obtain a system generated password. Note the new password and click Update password.
